Role overview: The Project Management Specialist - Construction Services is based in Charleston, South Carolina and supports project documentation, subcontractor coordination, and milestone reporting. Responsibilities: Define milestones, maintain schedules and budgets, track dependencies, and coordinate delivery decisions. Work with process owners to track dependencies and preserve approved versions of project records. Identify problems early, record the evidence behind recommendations, and coordinate handoffs so agreed work is completed accurately. Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent demonstrated project work. Demonstrated capability in project planning, risk registers, stakeholder communication, and budget tracking. Experience supporting construction services is preferred. Ability to document decisions, communicate clearly, and handle business information responsibly. Initial priorities: Establish a delivery baseline with named owners and clear acceptance criteria. Begin by reviewing the current process, agreeing on a baseline with stakeholders, and identifying the most useful improvement to deliver. Report results using measures appropriate to the role and explain any unresolved dependencies. Work arrangement: Full-Time, On-site in Charleston, South Carolina. Estimated annual cash compensation: USD 87,000 to 117,500.
