Role overview: The Project Management Specialist - Medical Device Services is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and supports device service requests, product documentation, and customer support. Demonstrated capability in project planning, risk registers, stakeholder communication, and budget tracking. Experience supporting medical device services is preferred. Ability to document decisions, communicate clearly, and handle business information responsibly. Initial priorities: Establish a delivery baseline with named owners and clear acceptance criteria. Begin by reviewing the current process, agreeing on a baseline with stakeholders, and identifying the most useful improvement to deliver. Report results using measures appropriate to the role and explain any unresolved dependencies. Work arrangement: Full-Time, On-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Estimated annual cash compensation: USD 87,000 to 117,500.
