Role overview: The Project Management Specialist - Financial Services is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana and supports account servicing, transaction workflows, and customer communications. Ability to document decisions, communicate clearly, and handle business information responsibly. Initial priorities: Establish a delivery baseline with named owners and clear acceptance criteria. Begin by reviewing the current process, agreeing on a baseline with stakeholders, and identifying the most useful improvement to deliver. Report results using measures appropriate to the role and explain any unresolved dependencies. Work arrangement: Full-Time, On-site in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Estimated annual cash compensation: USD 87,000 to 117,500.
