Role overview: The Public Relations Manager - Professional Services is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and supports client engagements, project delivery, and utilization reporting. Demonstrated capability in reputation management, editorial judgment, media relations, and people leadership. Experience supporting professional services is preferred. Ability to document decisions, communicate clearly, and handle business information responsibly. Initial priorities: Establish an approval workflow and response plan for high-priority communications. Begin by reviewing the current process, agreeing on a baseline with stakeholders, and identifying the most useful improvement to deliver. Report results using measures appropriate to the role and explain any unresolved dependencies. Work arrangement: Full-Time, On-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Estimated annual cash compensation: USD 125,000 to 169,000.
