Role overview: The Project Management Specialist - Telecommunications is based in Davenport, Iowa and supports service activation, network support, and subscriber communications. Responsibilities: Define milestones, maintain schedules and budgets, track dependencies, and coordinate delivery decisions. Demonstrated capability in project planning, risk registers, stakeholder communication, and budget tracking. Experience supporting telecommunications is preferred. Ability to document decisions, communicate clearly, and handle business information responsibly. Initial priorities: Establish a delivery baseline with named owners and clear acceptance criteria. Begin by reviewing the current process, agreeing on a baseline with stakeholders, and identifying the most useful improvement to deliver. Report results using measures appropriate to the role and explain any unresolved dependencies. Work arrangement: Full-Time, On-site in Davenport, Iowa. Estimated annual cash compensation: USD 87,000 to 117,500.
