Job description

Role overview: The Graphic Designer - Professional Services is based in Dallas, Texas and supports client engagements, project delivery, and utilization reporting. This position combines hands-on execution with reliable documentation and collaboration across operational and technical teams. Responsibilities: Translate creative briefs into visual assets, prepare production files, maintain brand consistency, and incorporate review feedback. Apply these responsibilities to client engagements, project delivery, and utilization reporting. Work with process owners to maintain clear scope boundaries and reliable client approval records. Identify problems early, record the evidence behind recommendations, and coordinate handoffs so agreed work is completed accurately. Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent demonstrated project work. Demonstrated capability in layout, typography, design software, and production quality assurance. Experience supporting professional services is preferred. Ability to document decisions, communicate clearly, and handle business information responsibly. Initial priorities: Create a consistent set of visual assets for a defined campaign brief. Begin by reviewing the current process, agreeing on a baseline with stakeholders, and identifying the most useful improvement to deliver. Report results using measures appropriate to the role and explain any unresolved dependencies. Work arrangement: Full-Time, On-site in Dallas, Texas.
