Job description

Role overview: The Network and Systems Administrator - Professional Services is based in Little Rock, Arkansas and supports client engagements, project delivery, and utilization reporting. This position combines hands-on execution with reliable documentation and collaboration across operational and technical teams. Responsibilities: Maintain servers and networks, apply approved patches, monitor availability, and test recovery procedures. Apply these responsibilities to client engagements, project delivery, and utilization reporting. Work with process owners to maintain clear scope boundaries and reliable client approval records. Identify problems early, record the evidence behind recommendations, and coordinate handoffs so agreed work is completed accurately. Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent demonstrated project work. Demonstrated capability in Windows or Linux administration, networking, backups, and change control. Experience supporting professional services is preferred. Ability to document decisions, communicate clearly, and handle business information responsibly. Initial priorities: Document system dependencies and complete a tested recovery exercise. Begin by reviewing the current process, agreeing on a baseline with stakeholders, and identifying the most useful improvement to deliver. Report results using measures appropriate to the role and explain any unresolved dependencies. Work arrangement: Full-Time, On-site in Little Rock, Arkansas.
