How the Verified Employer Score works
Every employer on JAI Bot earns a score from 0 to 100 based only on how they actually treat applicants on JAI Bot over the last 6 months. It is never based on reviews, and it cannot be bought.
What counts
| Measure | Weight |
|---|---|
| Reply Promise kept | 30% |
| Days to a first answer | 20% |
| Applicants who got an answer | 20% |
| Reasons given to applicants not selected | 10% |
| Offers inside the posted pay range | 10% |
| Interviews scored the same way for everyone | 10% |
A measure only counts once it has enough cases; the others share its weight. An employer needs at least 10 applicants whose reply date has passed before a score is shown.
Fair to employers
Each employer sees their own score privately for 30 days before it appears on their jobs, with tips to raise it. Scores are recalculated every day. Employers who believe a number is wrong can ask JAI Bot to review it at contact@jaibot.ai. Scores are not shown on confidential job postings.
What it does not use
No reviews, no star ratings, nothing about any applicant’s identity, and nothing an employer can pay for.
