Reply Promise: every applicant hears back by a set date
JAI Bot jobs show a Reply Promise, a date by which every applicant gets an answer, even when the answer is no.

Most job seekers know the feeling: you send an application, and then nothing. No yes, no no, just silence. JAI Bot treats that silence as a problem to fix, not a fact of hiring.
Every job on JAI Bot can carry a Reply Promise. The employer sets a reply window when the job is posted (14 days unless they choose otherwise), and the job card shows it before you apply. After you apply, My applications shows a live tracker with the days left.
What the employer sees
Hiring teams see the same countdown on their side. Applicants close to the deadline move to the top of their Today list, so nobody falls through the cracks during a busy week. When a team decides not to move forward, JAI Bot prepares a polite, editable message so saying no takes seconds instead of being put off.
Why it matters
A clear answer lets job seekers move on with confidence, and it protects the employer's reputation with every person who applied. Employers who keep their promise build a track record that shows on their jobs, which helps them attract more applicants next time.
How the countdown works
The clock starts when the application arrives. If the team needs more time, for example while interviews are still being scheduled, JAI Bot sends the applicant an honest status update before the date passes instead of letting it slip quietly. Applicants can see at a glance which applications are still active and which are closed, so they can plan their search around real information rather than hope.
You can see Reply Promises on open roles in the JAI Bot job board.
