JAI Bot support access
Let the JAI Bot support team look at your account for a limited time so we can help. You decide if and when, and you can turn it off at any time.
How it works
- Off by default. Nobody at JAI Bot can open your account unless you turn this on.
- You choose what we can do: view only, or view and help make changes such as fixing settings or drafting a job posting for you to publish.
- Some things are always off-limits to support: publishing jobs, messaging candidates, sending or signing offers, billing, adding or removing team members, deleting data, running candidate grading, and your calendar.
- Time-limited: access ends automatically after 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days, whichever you pick.
- Every visit is recorded and listed on this page. Employers also see it in the team activity log.
