Interview reminders: the day before, and again just before it starts
Candidates now get a reminder the day before a booked interview and shortly before it starts, with a calendar link and an easy way to ask for a new time.
Booking an interview is exciting, and then life happens. A shift changes, a child gets sick, or the date simply slips your mind in a busy week. Missing an interview can cost you the job, even when the reason was ordinary.
When you book an interview time through JAI Bot, you now get two reminders by email. The first arrives the day before, with the date and time shown in your time zone, the meeting link or address, and a button to add it to your calendar. It also includes a few quick tips: keep the job post open, prepare one example with numbers for each main requirement, and have a question ready for them.
The second reminder arrives shortly before the interview starts, so you have the link right in front of you when it is time to join.

Every reminder includes a link to ask for a new time. You can add a short note, such as "any afternoon next week works," and the hiring team is told right away. Your current time stays on hold until they send new options.
Asking early is always better than not showing up. Hiring teams understand that plans change; what they remember is who let them know. JAI Bot makes letting them know take about ten seconds.
